Meet Ray Bailey
Ray Bailey is the owner and lead plumber at Bailey Bros. Plumbing & Drain Services. He holds
a Maryland Master Plumber license and a Master Gas Fitter license, two of the highest credentials in the trade. In Maryland, earning a Master Plumber license requires a minimum of 11,250 hours of supervised training, including 7,500 hours as a licensed apprentice and 3,750 hours as a licensed journey plumber, followed by a comprehensive state exam with a cumulative pass rate of roughly 36 percent. Ray earned both credentials through years of hands-on work, not shortcuts.
Ray is also backflow certified, trade school trained, and an active member of ABC Plumbing.
He brings 28 years of experience to every job and every estimate. Whether it’s a residential service call, a commercial build-out, or a 2 a.m. emergency, Ray leads with the same approach: diagnose accurately, price honestly, and do the work once so it doesn’t need to be done again.
